Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility

  • Unopened Items: 30 days for a full refund.
  • Opened/Used Items: 14 days for store credit (must be undamaged and in original packaging).
  • Defective Items: 30 days for replacement/refund (proof of defect required).

Process

  1. Email [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Ship items with the RA number clearly labeled.
  3. Refunds issued within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/custom products, perishables, and final sale items.

Exchanges

Free exchanges for defective/wrong items. Contact support for instructions.
